I graduated from Rutgers University and then flew in the Navy in Florida-based heavy attack bombers off the USS Forrestal, making two Mediterranean and two Caribbean cruises. I then briefly programmed IBM computers, and graduated from St. Vladimir's Russian Orthodox Seminary, Yonkers, NY, in 1968. I married Sandra Reshetar of Minneapolis, MN, in 1967. I got a fellowship and studied in Greece in 1969-70, was ordained a Greek Orthodox priest on our return. I served churches in Flushing, NY, and Ansonia, CT. We have four children and 8 grandchildren. I received an MBA in health care. We currently live in Fairfield, CT, for 33 years. I did systems programming and telecommunications for IBM mainframes until last year. I wrote our church's national Scout recognition programs, and was Greek Orthodox chaplain at five Boy Scout National Jamborees. I was honored with the Boy Scouts Silver Beaver award and the Girl Scouts "Impact" award for my long Scouting service. I am currently the pastor of Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church in Ansonia, CT.
